Our New Initiative:
The first session of this six-week program commenced in December 2025 and concluded in February 2026. Designed for individuals aged 16 to 24, the program focused on youth residing in the North Sacramento/Del Paso Heights area. Participants received stipends as they explored various career opportunities within the hospitality and tourism sectors, including travel, restaurants, hotels, conventions, and entertainment. Through a combination of coursework, field trips, job shadowing, and mentorship, the program aims to equip participants with the skills necessary for long-term success, while contributing to the development of a stronger and more diverse workforce within Sacramento’s hospitality industry.
